A small studio that likes answering the phone
We started PixelNxt Digital because we kept seeing good businesses buried under bad marketing. Too much jargon, too many layers, not enough listening.
The idea is simple
Put the people who do the work in the same conversation as the people who need it done.
That's why we stay small on purpose. Every client gets a designer, a developer and a writer who know their business by name. There's no hand-off from sales to a team you've never met.
We think the best digital work comes from understanding what's going on in your shop, clinic, classroom or kitchen, and then making that obvious to the people who'd love to find you.
Who you'll work with
Every project gets a small, named team. Here are the roles.
The strategist
Asks the awkward questions early so the work stays on track.
The designer
Makes things clear first, pretty second, and somehow gets both.
The developer
Builds fast, tidy sites and explains how they work in human words.
The writer
Turns "we offer holistic solutions" into something you'd say out loud.
What we believe
Not a poster on the wall. These are the rules we actually use when we're deciding what to do.
Clear beats clever
A visitor who understands you in five seconds is worth more than a headline that wins an award.
Be kind, be direct
We tell you what we think, including when it's not what you hoped to hear. Politely, and with a suggestion.
Respect your time and budget
We keep meetings short, scope tight and invoices boring. Surprises should be the good kind.
Finish what we start
Launch is the middle of the story. We check back to see what's working and what needs a nudge.
Our story so far
Edit these milestones to match your own journey.
- The first project
One small business, one website, a lot of tea. We learned that listening beats templates.
- Adding search and social
Clients kept asking "now how do we get people to see it?" so we built the services to answer that.
- Becoming PixelNxt Digital
We gave the studio a name, a small team and a simple rule: be the agency we'd want to hire.
- Today
Still small, still hands-on, still picking up the phone.
